High Temperatures at Highcliffe Castle!

We had a warm day in late July for a day's training on visual merchandising and selling skills at fabulous Highcliffe Castle in Dorset, from which one can see the Needles on the Isle of Wight. It was a pleasure to work with the excellent team of volunteers and we had a lively day. Visual merchandising standards are already high in the shop, as shown here, but we looked at a range of skills and techniques to help take them even higher. Peter Holloway
