On 22 March sales in the shops at Bristol Museums were officially 100% up on 2015 which was the point when we started working with Zak Mensah, Head of Transformation, and his hard working team. It's been exciting to see how retail has flourished and how its profile has been raised over this time and great to work with the retail team. Sales this year are dynamic, helped greatly by new bespoke products which Buyer, Sophie Berry, has produced for the popular Japanese print and Leonardo exhibitions and which Helen Lewis and her sales team are selling with such success.
