MOST NORTHERLY TRAINING COURSE? We have just delivered a series of training courses for museums and heritage sites across the north of Scotland. This has included courses in Stornoway, Elgin and Strathpeffer and in mid February in Fort William and Inverness. In March we delivered courses in Orkney and Lerwick, Shetland and believe the latter was the most northerly retail training course ever delivered in the British Isles! One delegate's verdict was "...more stimulating and thought provoking than expected - excellent!" The retail courses are part of the three year Skills Building for the Future programme which finishes in April.
